Kehlani has been showing some self-love all over Instagram lately, posting gorgeous smiling selfies in flattering outfits. However, haters were quick to assume that she doesn’t look the same, claiming that she had surgical work done on her face.
The songstress has never been one to stay quiet, and she took to Twitter on Friday (Sept. 14) to slam the negativity. “LMAO y’all i have never gotten facial surgery. don’t plan on it,” she wrote. “i look “different” because i’m HEALTHY. i’m well rested for once, not on the road. i removed all my piercings and pay a lot of attention to my skin care. stress levels down. that’s it. suck miiii w the accusations.”
